Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the Bouncx game (the “Game”), developed by teklabs. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell or sublicense any part of the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Price and ads
The Game is free to download and play. It offers optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob that you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward. See the Privacy Policy for what this involves.
3. Virtual items
Coins, stars, boosts and comet designs are virtual items earned by playing. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and exist only in the Game on your device. They may be lost if you delete the Game or its data. We may change or rebalance virtual items and game content at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, including its levels, artwork, sounds, user interface, design and code, is owned by teklabs or its licensors. The Fredoka font is used under the SIL Open Font License.
5. Fair use
Do not use the Game in a way that harms it, other players or our services, for example by tampering with the Game, its ads or its analytics.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or available on every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of game progress or virtual items. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where the developer is established. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
